Aricha Avigdor

Aricha Avigdor began drawing as a child and continued to chronicle his life in pictures while in a Nazi deportation camp during the Holocaust. He was rescued in 1944 and moved to Israel. He studied art at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design and at Ecole des Beaux Arts, Paris. He also studied Art History at Sorbonne and has written numerous scholarly articles and catalogues for exhibitions. Throughout his life his work has become gradually more abstract.

    it looks like the artwork of a survivor, ie a little troubled.
    This is really cool
